for the use of the website and booking of coaching services

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions (T&C) apply to the use of the website www.pureliveness.com as well as to all coaching services provided by Pure Liveness by Livia (hereinafter referred to as “I” or “Coach”).
By booking a coaching session or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Subject of the Agreement

I provide coaching and consulting services in the field of nutrition, health, and holistic wellbeing.
All services are based exclusively on these T&C. Any deviating agreements must be made in writing.

3. No Medical Advice

My services do not replace medical or therapeutic treatment.

  • Coaching content is for general information and inspiration in the areas of nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset.
  • If you have health issues, medical conditions, or uncertainties, please always consult a doctor or healthcare professional.
  • I accept no liability for health consequences resulting from the implementation of my recommendations.

4. Booking and Contract Conclusion

  • Bookings are made via the booking system integrated on the website (e.g., Calendly) or by individual agreement via email.
  • The contract is concluded once the appointment has been confirmed by me.
  • All prices are stated in CHF (Swiss Francs), unless otherwise specified.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is generally due before the start of the service, either via the booking system (e.g., Stripe/PayPal) or by individual arrangement (bank transfer).
  • If payment is not received on time, I reserve the right to refuse participation in the coaching.

6. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

  • Cancellations or rescheduling are possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or in the event of no-shows without prior notice, the full fee will be charged.
  • In exceptional cases (e.g., illness, emergencies), I will do my best to find a fair solution.

7. Delivery of Coaching Sessions

  • Coaching sessions are held online (e.g., via Zoom) or by phone, unless otherwise agreed.
  • You are responsible for ensuring technical requirements (internet connection, working device).

8. Liability

  • I accept no liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or unavailability of my website or services.
  • Implementation of my recommendations is at your own risk.
  • No guarantee of success is given, as coaching outcomes depend largely on your own commitment.

9. Copyright

All content (texts, PDFs, videos, printables, e-books) is protected by copyright and is the property of Pure Liveness by Livia, unless otherwise indicated.
Sharing, reproduction, or commercial use without my explicit permission is not permitted.

10. Data Protection

The collection and processing of personal data are carried out in accordance with my current Privacy Policy.
This policy is an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

11. Amendments to the T&C

I reserve the right to amend these T&C at any time. The current version is always available on my website.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by Swiss law.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
